Surveying firm located in West Houston is seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor serving as a Survey Office Manager, bringing expertise and leadership to manage multiple projects land surveys, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys with an emphasis on K – 12 design surveys for architectural and engineering design for site development and renovations and rights-of-way surveys for expansion and parcel acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor, Texas License
• 4+ years of survey project and staff management.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and budgets.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Leica Smart Center. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate and review land surveys, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys.
• Manage survey crews (4-6) and office staff while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee data collection, review, and analysis using Civil 3D and Leica Smart Center. 
• Evaluate and interpret survey data to prepare maps, plats and reports. 
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and public agencies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
