Surveying firm located in West Houston is seeking a Project Surveyor/Registered Professional Land Surveyor is responsible for overseeing boundary resolution, data quality, accuracy, and interaction with field parties and technical staff.  

The Project Surveyor will oversee and/or resolve the final boundary locations, adjustments or finalization of boundary lines, points, monuments, review the adjoining  legal descriptions.

Qualifications:

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor, Texas License
• Minimum of one year of experience in land surveying and boundary determination.
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments, GPS, and CAD software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and review land surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys and construction staking.
• Oversee the utilization of surveying instruments and technology for data collection.
• Evaluate and interpret survey data to prepare maps, plats, and reports.
• Coordinate with surveying teams and field crews in conducting surveys and data collection.
• Review project scope, and schedules to meet client expectations.
• Assure quality control measures, accuracy and reliability of survey data.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in survey data and reports.
